1st Peacebuilding Youth Camp
in 2019, ASASI piloted its 1st Youth Camp on Peacebuilding Program on Empowering youth on aspects of peacebuilding to ensure an impactful community based approaches to Countering Violent Extremism (CVE). The Peacebuilding Youth Program discussed the role of youth and the internet and train them to identify threats of radicalization and violence online.
The camp brought together youth from the border region of Sabah to discuss various important communal and security issues and youth intervention and using art as a prevention to radicalisation and hate mongering.
